Hello, and welcome to my blog, The Best of Wayland! My name is Elena Erdekian, and I am a senior at Wayland High School. As my education in Wayland is coming to a close, I’ve decided to create a final project that reflects my passions and interests combined with some of my favorite memories from my time living in Wayland.
The purpose of this blog is to inform viewers of the highlights of Wayland; although Wayland is a small town, I truly believe that there are so many historical and meaningful places that many of us have grown up around!
Each week I will be highlighting a different well-known location in Wayland. The blog post for each location will include a written article on that location; it will describe the location’s history, it’s present day use and my personal experience with it. I have a strong passion for photography, so I will also include a series of photos from each location in addition to the article.
This project is meaningful to me as I’ve lived in Wayland my whole life; I want to create something special that impacts not only me but also members of our community!
